You don't need to change your whole life.

You just need to care for yourself today.

Care• Sistency is about making small, intentional choices for your health, your confidence, and your future.

Not perfectly. Not all at once.

Just consistently.

Taking care of yourself shouldn't feel like another thing you're failing at.

We are surrounded by messages telling us to eat better, lift heavy weights, walk, sleep eight hours, reduce stress, drink more water, meditate, take supplements, and somehow find time to enjoy our lives.

It's exhausting.

Care•Sistency isn't about doing all of it.

It's about asking one question...

What is one thing I can do to care for myself today?

I’ve spent much of my life living in a body that has asked a lot of me. Childhood cancer, scoliosis, surgeries, scars and, more recently, breast cancer. Through all of it, I’ve gone through cycles of deciding that now I’m really going to take care of myself. Eat better. Exercise. Drink the water. Take the supplements. Get enough sleep. Do all the things.

Sometimes I do really well. Other times life gets busy, I’m exhausted, something hurts or I simply don’t have it in me. And before I know it, I’m telling myself I need to “start over.”

At some point, I realized that even consistency had become another thing I felt like I was failing at. So I started thinking about it differently. What if I stopped trying to be consistent with everything and simply became consistent with care?

That’s Care•sistency.

It’s asking, What would taking care of me look like today? Maybe it’s a workout, a nourishing meal or making the doctor’s appointment I’ve been putting off. Maybe it’s calling a friend, wearing something that makes me feel good or simply getting the sleep I need.

I created Care•sistency because I have a feeling I’m not the only one trying to get healthier, feel stronger and take better care of myself while also trying to keep up with everyone and everything else.

So maybe we can figure some of it out together. We can share what we’re trying, what we’re learning, what works and what doesn’t, without the guilt, the pressure or the feeling that we’re failing when we don't do it all.

We don't need to be perfect. We just need to keep finding ways to care for ourselves.

I'm trying. If you are too, come join me.

♡ A walk counts.

♡ Making the appointment counts.

♡ Eating a nourishing meal counts.

♡ Going to bed early counts.

♡ Wearing the dress you thought you couldn't wear counts.

♡ Speaking up at the doctor's office counts.

♡ Resting counts.

♡ IT ALL COUNTS

I didn't create Care•Sistency because I've mastered wellness.

Care looks differently every day.
